Charles
Olson-
Board Member/Advisor-was Vice President of Sales and Marketing
for CrossFire Technologies a semiconductor technology startup
company in Eden Prairie, MN. Prior to CrossFire, he was President
and CEO of Inbox Software in Sunnyvale, CA., a software startup
in the PDM market space which was acquired in 1999. Prior to
Inbox, Mr. Olson was with Aspec Technology and Zycad Corporation
where he held the positions of VP Sales and Marketing and General
Manager. He also participated in successful IPOs with both companies.
Charles has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience
in the EDA/electronics industries, of which 15+ years were based
in Silicon Valley.
Avery
Scheib-Vice President of Operations-joined Wavecrest Corporation
based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota in June 1999. Hired as Director
of Strategic Marketing, she held key positions in business
development and marketing. In 2003, Avery assumed the role
of Director of Sales Operations. Prior to Wavecrest, she worked
for Emerson Process Management, Rosemount based in Eden Prairie
for five years first in Global Distribution, next in Oracle
Implementation, and finally in Strategic Planning. Rosemount
is a global leader in manufacturing process instrumentation.
Avery graduated from Carleton College with a BA in Psychology
and has an MBA in Operations Management from the Carlson School
of Management, University of Minnesota.
Mark
Bruer-CFO-joined Wavecrest Corporation in October 1995
as Controller. For the three years prior, he operated an independent
CPA firm with Wavecrest as one of his clients. From 1989 to
1992, Mark was Assistant Controller for Diamond Lake Fun Centers,
Inc. Prior to that he worked in Public Accounting. Mark graduated
from St. Olaf College with a BA in Economics and received
a BSB in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. Currently
his CPA certificate is inactive.
Brad
Hegge-Director of Applications-joined Wavecrest in January
1990. He spent the first seven years at Wavecrest in engineering
technician positions. For the last eleven years, Brad held
sales, marketing and field applications roles. Most recently,
he managed Field Applications and Customer Training. During
this time, through sales visits, seminars and support services,
Brad was the face of Wavecrest to the customer base. He graduated
from Northwestern Electronics College with a degree in Electronic
Technology.
Bob
O'Leary-Director of Manufacturing Operations-joined Wavecrest
Corporation in April 2004. Prior to that he worked at Micro
Component Technology in St. Paul, MN. for 21 years holding
several positions in engineering and manufacturing management.
MCT is a leading manufacturer of component handling and test
equipment. From 1969 to 1982 he began his career at Control
Data Corporation holding several engineering and project management
positions. He graduated from Metro State University- Saint
Paul with a BA in Business Administration and has a Degree
in Electronics Technology from Saint Paul Technical College.
